The founding principals and technical development team of RAST Associates, LLC, bring decades of business and technical acumen to the organization. The team combines diversity of talent, relevant intellectual property licensing expertise, and successful track records in their past professional experience. RAST's team offers wireless communications and computing product companies a compelling way to differentiate their products with a revolutionary new keyboard input form factor.

Alan Liker - Chairman and President
Mr. Alan Liker is a business attorney who as a law professor at Harvard, UCLA, and USC law schools, taught both domestic and international tax and corporate law related subjects. He has extensive experience serving as a consultant, and member of the Board of Directors for numerous companies listed on the NYSE and NASDAQ, and for many entrepreneurial companies. Mr. Liker manages business development, licensing, and strategic partnerships and other relationships. In furthering this role, he has formulated and overseen implementation of projects involving the development and commercialization of intellectual property.

Steve Oettinger - CEO
Mr. Steve Oettinger has been a senior officer of a major U.S. oil company for over 25 years. In his various capacities, he was successfully responsible for major acquisitions and sales, strategic planning, involved in the commercialization of certain proprietary technologies, and represented the company in sensitive external affairs issues impacting marketing and retail operations. Mr. Oettinger oversees RAST's marketing, operations, and administrative activities.

Roy Lahr - Chief Technology Officer and Inventor
Mr. Roy Lahr has a long established history of successful inventions for which he is named inventor on numerous patents granted to Xerox and IBM. Mr. Lahr has been granted over 25 patents, including the major patent for the articulated ergonomic keyboard made popular by Microsoft and IBM. In addition to his work as an inventor, he evaluated new technologies for these companies for over 30 years. The President of Xerox's Diablo Systems Division estimated that Mr. Lahr increased the profitability of the division by over $40 million over a three-year period due to his innovations and suggestions.
Other examples of his inventions include the first fiber optic copier, the ball-head molding process for the Selectric Typewriter, the fundamental technology for proportional daisy wheel impact printing, the first color copier, the page per second non-impact xerographic printer, the first all LSI communication terminal, and the early ALTO computer at PARC (Palo Alto Research Center). Mr. Lahr also holds additional patents in the medical and other non-computer related fields.

Burt Tregub - Vice President of Product Development
Mr. Burt Tregub has 45 years of engineering and manufacturing development and business management experience in the high technology industry sectors of computers and communications systems, including corporate executive management roles at Xerox, Scientific Data Systems, SPYRUS and Cylink.
Mr. Tregub has led development teams in the creation of new innovative solutions for office systems applications, information security and digital telecommunications. He has successfully brought new products to commercial OEM and end user computer and wireless communications markets and built partnership alliances for cooperative development and distribution. Mr. Tregub has assembled a RAST development team possessing extensive product design experience and capabilities for mechanical and electrical engineering and fabric material development, and manages the development of VARIO reference designs.

Craig Ellins - Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. Ellins has an extensive entrepreurial backgorund ranging over diverse industries from fashion to home shopping on TV, infomercials and, most recently, as a founding pioneer in the emerging video steaming industry. He has applied his markeitng skills to bring products to market, to secure valuable TV time slots on cable and network TV, among other areas. He is particulalrly effective at successfully accepting the challenges of introducing new concepts and products in mass-market and competitive industries.

George Geis - Strategic Advisor
Dr. George Geis is Associate Dean, Executive MBA Program, UCLA Anderson School of Management. Dr. Geis teaches in the areas of information technology, accounting and finance. An adjunct professor of information systems, he has been voted Outstanding Teacher of the Year four times at Anderson. Dr. Geis, a National Science Foundation and Woodrow Wilson Honorary Fellow, has extensive consulting experience and is a frequent lecturer on emerging trends in technology, communications and media markets. He is widely quoted in both print and electronic media outlets, and has published dozens of professional articles and six books. His latest book is entitled, "Digital Deals: Strategies for Selecting and Structuring Partnerships."
